Bryan was also the Features Editor of a Large Weekly publication in Detroit, and for 5 seasons he worked as a Sports Marketing Specialist for CBS Sports Radio responsible for marketing The Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, And Detroit Red Wings Radio Networks. His job was to create high end marketing campaigns that often-included customized features that appeared in game broadcasts, Tickets and/or Suites to games, as well as Athlete appearances at sponsors events.
In 2012 now living in Las Vegas, Bryan started a brokered show on internet radio with his then 14-year-old son called "The Jayc and Dad Show*. Within a few months the show was recognized in the Las Vegas Review Journal, and subsequently Bryan was offered the opportunity to bring the show to Lotus Broadcasting and was Live Saturday and Sunday's on KLAV Las Vegas. In 2015 the show changed to "OUTTA LINE" and was moved over to Fox Sports Radio Las Vegas Sunday mornings, where it was then simulcast via streamyard on Facebook Live, YouTube, and X, and can now be heard and seen anywhere in the world!
Bryan is an expert in developing, producing, and marketing brokered radio shows. And has landed sponsors like All State, Buffalo Wild Wings, the Shell Oil Company, Comcast Cable, IBEW, and the Las Vegas 51's/Aviators to name a few.
Born and raised in Southern California, Carlota grew up listening to LA radio. At the age of 8, she heard her calling through a disc jockey.
At the time Andy Gibb’s “I just want to be your everything” saturated the FM airwaves. While in the back of her fathers car, a young Carlota was listening to the radio in who was assaulting the listeners with that song, when Carlota heard those famous words that would change her life “105.9 magic Fm—there’s Andy Gibb with I just want to be your underwear”. That was it. Carlota knew at that moment she just wanted to be your underwear, or at least on the radio.
Many years later, Carlota found the Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington beach Ca. IT WAS ON!!! She was actually broadcasting on a radio station. Yes, you had to be in the parking lot to hear it, but hey…
Within a year, Carlota found her first real paying gig, K-100 in Porterville Ca. “99.9 Music designed with you in mind”. She found her way onto a Contemporary AC/jazz station , spinning the hottest from Mariah Carey, Barry Manilow and elevator versions of “Under My thumb” . She even had her first request there.
“Can you play some Anita Baker for my mom?”
“Sure.” Carlota said enthusiastically, “ I’ll get that right on.”
“Awesome thank you. Um, by the way, where are you o the dial?”
The only other phone call Carlota got during her 6 months there was a wrong number.
Carlota applied for a radio station In Fresno Ca called “The Edge”. After hearing her tape, the PD hired her because he thought she had “more balls than a pool table”.
Then one day Carlota saw an ad for a radio personality who thought they had what it took to follow Howard Stern. She applied and before she knew it, she found herself at Xtreme Radio (X-1075) in Las Vegas
During her 4 years at X107.5, she won DJ of the year 4 times, plus other media type awards for Best radio personality. IN 2000, she was named one of the “100 Best Things about Las Vegas” by Las Vegas Magazine.
In 2002, she was ceremoniously let go from Xtreme and then promptly hired by KOMP 92.3, where she whooped ass, took names and ate free donuts, but Rona popped in and kicked Carlota to the curb in 2020.
After floating in a pool, without a mask, (still a rebel after all those years) , Carlota joined 98 Rock in Sacramento Ca. but alas she was bored with all the pretty trees and people sporting dockers as a viable fashion statement and she decided she wanted to come home, to Vegas and Xtreme Radio, where it all began.
Oh, and Carlota still stops and listens to that Andy Gibb song every time she hears it.
A Thank you of sorts.
And she loves to torture herself
Spencer Ostrovsky is a UNLV graduate from the class of 2020. He went to school for Accounting and a minored in Chinese. He met Bryan Feldman during college when Bryan hosted a sponsored radio watch party at Buffalo Wild Wings. Spencer’s friend helped him get his foot in the door. Over time, Spencer earned a more prominent role in Outta Line through self-taught computer skills and refining his performance on the mic. He has helped change the radio show into a modern streaming experience. He creates graphics and facilitates the live broadcast.
Predating his time in radio, Spencer has been working on his YouTube channel, Blue Milk Boys Gaming. He started this podcast with a couple of friends during his time at UNLV before taking creative control of the brand. After becoming a YouTube partner, he has continued to grow the channel that now gets 20,000 to 60,000 views a month, over 9,000 hours of watch time a year, and 1.7 million impressions in the last year.
